Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the dailystream app (the "App") provided by mtmd (the "Operator"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License
The Operator grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you personally own, for non-commercial purposes. The license does not include the right to sell, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or modify the App.
2. Acceptable Use
- You will not use the App in violation of any law or to infringe on the rights of others.
- You will not attempt to bypass the App’s security mechanisms or gain unauthorized access.
- You will not place an unreasonable load on the App or related services through automated means.
3. Fees
The App is free and contains no in-app purchases. The App does not display advertisements.
4. Privacy
Personal data handling is described in the separate Privacy Policy .
5. Generative AI Notice
This service uses generative artificial intelligence (AI) to produce content, and AI-generated results are labeled as such. Generative-AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete, so you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it before relying on it for any important decision.
6. No Warranty
The App is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
The Operator may update these Terms and will post changes on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located at the Operator’s domicile.
